How long has it been since you washed your pillows? If you are unsure whether your favorite pillow can be washed or if you will ruin it, let me tell you that it is easy to clean and restore your pillow to its original state.

▪ hot water
▪ 1 cup of laundry detergent
▪ 1 cup powdered dishwasher detergent
▪ 1 cup bleach
▪ 1/2 cup borax
? Instructions:
◼ Check your pillow’s care label to see if it can be machine washed – most can.
◼ Remove the pillow case and pillow protector.
◼ The washing machine should be filled with hot water about 1/3 of the way.
◼ Place all ingredients in the machine and start it for 1-2 minutes, ensuring that the detergent dissolves before adding the pillows.
◼ When the detergent is dissolved, stop the washing cycle, add the pillows, and then fill the remaining tank with hot water.
◼ Restart the washing cycle and let the pillows wash for several minutes. Give them 20 minutes to wash.
◼ Now, press the rinsing cycle button and let the machine do its job.
In the end, your pillows will appear sparkling white.
