Homemade Goo Remover To Clean Your Jars

When you love to make your own products with natural ingredients, you also discover multiple purposes for using them. Hence, mixing some coconut oil and baking soda, I came up with a solution for under my arms. However, it was too heavy for my skin but it was also quite abrasive. Thus, being so exfoliating as it was, I try to scrub those pesky labels from the jars instead. I even use it on price tags off new purchases. Since it was perfect, I thought I would share the recipe with you. Keep reading and see how to make the easiest homemade goo remover to completely clean your jars.

The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:

– 2 parts of baking soda
– 1 part of coconut oil
– a few drops of sweet orange essential oil

Thus, for this to work, you need to first remove as much of the label as you can before cleaning the jar. Then, proceed combining the ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together using a small spatula. Insist on mixing until you get the consistency of a thick paste.

Next, all you have to do is apply this paste onto a cloth with your fingers. Then, use the cloth to rub the label until it is completely gone from the jar.

If there are still some traces, you can finish off by washing the jars with a lukewarm soapy water to remove any leftover goo. That’s all, you can’t tell where the label has been, can you?
